The staff at Ti-Trikes is passionate about the sport of recumbent cycling, but that’s just one of the reasons we go the extra distance to make every Ti-Trike owner happy with their purchase. Right from the start, we’ve designed our trikes to require less maintenance than most other brands, so that items like our front gearing system and enclosed drum brakes need few if any adjustments. Despite using some pretty sophisticated technology, we’ve also made our trikes easy to maintain and easy to service. Required adjustments are few and far between; most can be done right at home using ordinary hand tools. Of course, our super durable Titanium frames are virtually maintenance free. If you’re within our geographic serving radius, we welcome you to bring your trike to either our South Windsor facility or to Mobility in Motion in Simsbury for adjustments, service, or with any questions. If you’re outside of our geographic area, your Ti-Trike can be easily serviced at any local bike shop.

We stand behind every Ti-Trike we sell and back our products with outstanding service and great customer support. To get you up and riding, we offer all of our customers free unlimited telephone and email support. For Internet purchases, we’ll also help you unpack and adjust your Ti-Trike so that you can start riding and enjoying your trike as quickly as possible. We stock a complete inventory of spare parts and back our trikes with a complete one year warranty on all components. If you’ve purchased a power assisted trike, we can answer any questions you may that that relate to battery charging, electronic controls, and so on. We can also provide you with spare battery packs if you like to keep a spare battery charged up and ready to go.
